Thanks, y'all! I haven't cut out all of the bad stuff, but am trying to shift to a healthier diet. I don't think I"m drinking enough water, but will up my intake today and going forward.

Yes, it was caffeinated. I'm still drinking one or two cups of coffee per day, but I've cut WAY back on the soda. Oh, yes, I'm still eating too much fat. I"m trying to move it to "good" fats though. Good idea! Thank you:)

As I understand it, BMR is just the base number of calories needed to sustain life. Have you checked out the TDEE calculator that tells you how much you should eat depending on how much exercise you do?

i have my day set up by time frames (6-8 am, 8-11, etc.) since I'm more of a snacker than a meal eater.
