As I look back to the end of last year, I never imagined I would be at this point. It seemed so far away and extremely unobtainable in every way, shape, and form. Well, here it is, about one year later and I can finally say I have reached the goal I had set for myself. I know we're never really FINISHED getting into shape and I will continue to train, to rid myself of excess skin and fat and turn it into muscle. I'll continue to be the healthiest person I can be.
I have gotten so much great advice and motivation from MFP and from my MFPals and I cherish every bit of it. I know I couldn't have really done it without both this site and the people on it. Also, my eternal love and thanks go to my wife, who has been nothing but 1000% supportive and motivational to me. This is for both of us.
So, here is some of my progress in picture form. Time spans from September, 2011 at 291 lbs to this morning at 175 lbs.
Sep, 2011 - 291 lbs (I was right about the same until Jan, 2012)



March, 2012 - 246 lbs

May, 2012 - 218 lbs

July, 2012 - 205 lbs

July, 2012 - 199 lbs

Sept, 2012 - 188 lbs

Oct, 2012 - This morning - Goal weight - 175 lbs


It's been an interesting year, but I'm glad I did it.
