I'm 5'3.5" (gotta get that .5" in there! LOL), almost 41 years old, and have a ridiculously small frame. My CW is 122.5 and my goal weight is around 110ish. I am strength training three times per week and doing cardio/prepping for a 5K six days per week. I take one day off per week to rest.
