  • Hi maiyako! Since having my daughter a year ago I've let motherhood take over and completely let myself go. I'm ready to get back on track and focus on exercising and eating healthy. I would also love people to help motivate and keep me on track! :)
  • I, like may others, was did not drink a lot of water. So, what I did was get a water bottle and just take it with me everywhere. (to work, to visit fam) ...My water bottle happens to be 2 cups in one, so I am drinking alot of water without even realizing it. Btw, I also drink two cups before every meal.
  • My small win today was when I resisted and didn't eat pizza. My job decided to order pizza, so then I took my lunchbreak early to avoid being in the cafe when the pizza arrived. It was hard, but I did it! So yay! WIN!
  • Usually between 8-9 I stop drinking water and that's on work days. I also do go to the bathroom before going to bed. It just depends. so maybe like 2-3 hours before. But I have to say I still end up getting to use the bathroom prob once or twice :drinker:
