I totally agree...my cousin is a naturopathic and she said that your liver will function at it's best late in the evening so eating 3hrs before bed is a great way to help your body flush with ease on top of our better eating habits and some exercise. Good topic....now I should follow this! Lol

Whole wheat pita with LaVache Quiri or a feta cheese sandwich. Add tomatoes and spinach or toasted...yummy. Fibre one cereals are great. Eggs do it for me... I know you said no cereal or eggs, but hey're my fave. Excuse me, gotta go eat breakfast now!

I've made my own sweetbread in a bread braid, just for us to have it the way it is with milk... I'm Mediterranean and make all kinds of Greek/Lebanese foods...you can look on YouTube or google foods. My favourite is stuffed grape leaves...mmmmmm good luck and enjoy our food adventure!

I practically take a lunch...I take grimm's turkey pepperoni sticks, kashi granola mocha bar, and cheese...all in a little bag and may have a few kernels from my hubby but get full on the good stuff. Then enjoy! Is that bad? Lol

You need not to be under in your calories...up your calorie intake a little if you still want to maintain your goal but your body needs a little more than what you sound like you are doing. I buy raw almonds fro Costco and put a cup of them in cold water ---changing the water every few hours and keeping the water clean and cold (fridge) until the almonds have plumped up and there is a unique sweet flavour---soooo yum. It tastes like almond milk but more filling. mmm takes about a day to fully absorb the water…
