I posted the recipe for the pumpkin spice muffins. They are 16 carbs!! that to me is NOT low carb...but they are tasty. I have a recipe for pumpkin bread. I think I'll put that in and get the carb count before I make them this time! lol

I know that feeling. But don't get hard on yourself. Everyone's weight fluctuates daily. You could weigh in tomorrow and be down 1 or more.

There are so many sweeteners out there. Most definitely have an after taste. I've read that Xylitol and Erythritol do not. I bought Erythritol from Amazon.

I know some of the sweeteners do have an after taste. I use Stevia there are several out there. I've heard of one recently that was supposed to be better. I'll try to find the name and post it. The cheesecake bars and sour cream donuts are great. Fyi. Lol

Try eating more fat. It helps with the cravings. My carb count I'm trying to keep under 20. But some foods can still trigger cravings. For me anyway

Keto Sour Cream Donuts 1/2 Cup Erythritol 1 C Sour Cream 2/3 Cup Coconut Flour 1/2 t salt 3 large eggs 4T heavy cream 1/4t vanilla 1/2 t baking powder 3/4 Cup melted butter Mix dry ingredients together.
