I walk our loop almost nightly and it is just over 1 mile around it once.(1.1) I have used pedometers and I've walked it at 2.5 mph in 24 min and I've done it at 3.2 mph in about 15ish min. 3.5 mph to 4.0 is more of high power walk. 4.0 is considered power walk to light jogging. I use pedometer (free version).. It tracs your steps, distance (I think you can chose miles or kilometers). It also tells your calories, How many minutes, Speed, and Avg speed for whole trip. I have checked out a few but I love this one so far. This one has a shoe on the icon... There is also a Pedometer Free with GPS

I agree with ya 150% I usually have a craving after about 3 days with no milk. But since starting MFP and counting, I haven't had the urge for it. I did have half a glass of chocolate milk the other day and about choked when I read the calories and sugar.

I use my Wii daily. As long as it is NOT on the carpet, and do it first thing in A.M. after you potty... It was like 5 - 7 lbs difference when I took it from the carpet to kitchen.
