I would try and meet the goals based on your criteria. Its there for a reason to help you balance based on your weight, ecetra. If your slightly less than the daily goal that's just fine:) But try to eat everything suggested because just because your eating less doesn't mean its healthier. Too much of anything isn't a good…

I suggest that you go into eating greasy foods slowly. SO maybe just a bite of that wouldn't have been as bad. Maybe try omitting greasy or high fat foods until you can find a better more healthy substitute. Maybe instead try a cheese sandwich on wheat bread and low fat cheese. Maybe only half.
