so for thepast couple months
ive only been eating veggies fruits and nuts
no soda or coffee...and no bread.
but today i had coffee and i had a grilled cheese and fries
and let me say...i am paying FOR IT!!
ive been puking my brains out
and stuck to the toilet using the bathroom
for the last hour
with horrible horrible stomach pains :-(
is it because my bodys not used to thoes foods anymore????
and cant handle them anymore???
i know this isnt food poisning because this happened the last tme i ate crappy food....

I have been thru that too, not to your extreme tho. But yes, I will say it is due to the grease that your body has not had in while.0

My eating isn't as extreme as yours (veggies, fruits, nuts) but I've discovered when I haven't had high fat foods for a while I get really sick.0

I suggest that you go into eating greasy foods slowly. SO maybe just a bite of that wouldn't have been as bad. Maybe try omitting greasy or high fat foods until you can find a better more healthy substitute. Maybe instead try a cheese sandwich on wheat bread and low fat cheese. Maybe only half.0
