The only thing I use on mine other than soap and water is CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. I use it right after I shower. They also have cleansers and sunscreens and the best part? You can buy it from any drug store and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg!

1 3/4 c. cold skim milk 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 1 package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice Yummy, AND low cal! You can also take the pumpkin & pudding (once the milk & pudding is combined) and mix it with a container of cool whip (lite or fat free) and put it in a graham cracker crust.
