  • I have just finished week one too :) Start Week 2 tomorrow. Good to see so many others doing it at the same time! Maybe we could check in here and motivate each other?   • I just add it in under snacks, it is in the food database :) I haven't heard about the toxins, but losing weight too quickly can cause your supply to drop. Make sure you are having lots of yummy good fats too, to keep up the milk quality, avocado and nuts are great
  • Haven't updated in a while as I fell off the MFP tracking wagon! ( had a few trips across the Tasman for family things) but managed to keep weighing and my months of tracking must have helped as I still lost weight in that time! Good to see lots of other good losses happening here :)
  • Book in a time in maybe 3 or 4 days when you will eat that thing you are craving. that way you can manage the rest of your food around it, you don't feel like you are missing out because you ARE going to get it, just not right at this minute! Plus by the time 'the day' comes, you may decide you don't really need it anyway…

  • Meg: yep I only have 1/2 the milkshake :) I use 250ml Lite milk (115 cal) and 15g choc powder (57 cal) , so 172 if I have the whole thing or 86 for my half. My 5 yr old thinks he is in heaven getting a milk shake most mornings! high in sugars I guess, but it has def stopped my morning snacking and I think it helps my milk…

  • It's good to see so many people here making changes :) Someone mentioned being hungry a lot? I was at the start, then I increased my breakfast and now I am not at all hungry between breakfast and lunch!   • I'd go 300. I was adding 500 when my bub was exclusively breastfed. Now he is on solids, but still BF 6-9 times a day and I'm finding 300 is fine. I just make sure I always snack on some almonds during the day as they are great for helping with milk supply :)
