  • Results for Week 10 - weight is down more than a pound from last week but none of my measurements are. Lifted heavy weights yesterday so the muscles might be a bit swollen from that still.

  • Not sure yet. I'm just about to start Week 11. We're going to Thailand for almost a month about a week after Week 12. I think I might take a couple of the cardio CD's and Ri30. When we came back, I was planning on trying Body for Life again which is an old 12 week program we bought the book for in 2001 but never got around…

  • I'm trying to eat my MFP 1270 + half exercise calories each day during the week but eat all of them back on weekends. I had been fasting twice a week but found difficult to maintain enough energy even on non fasting days so went to one day a week last week.
  • Hi guys, finished up Phase 2 last week. I can't say I'm amazed by the numbers for weight or bodyfat % changes but I'm really happy with the inches I've lost around my waist and upper hips so far. The measurements for my arms haven't changed much but I can see so much more definition in them than before when I flex them.…
  • tough. I would recommend previewing them so you can look at their form first.
  • No results but gains this week. On tail end of totm so hopefully just that..
  • I just do the moves to the best of my ability on that day. Sometimes I'm smashing it, other times not so much (eg this week is totm for me).
  • I've been doing my exercise on FD's by doing it before breakast then fasting rest of the day afterwards. I'm too weak by 2-4pm to do it in the evenings. As I can't function without breakfast, I find this easier than fasting all the way to dinner time.
  • I've been trying it for about three weeks. I'm on my 6th fast today actually. Weight loss has been steady - 1lb a week on average despite a dramatic drop mornings after fast (2+ lbs). It has had other benefits though which is actually why I started - for the past year I've been getting coarse black chin hairs around…
  • Week 6 Results LWW: 131.5 CW : 130.5lbs (-1.0) Did workout 7 this morning. It's a killer! I know what you mean about the bingeing after a fast Mellie. I'm on Fast 6 today and I see huge losses the morning after a fast (2+ lbs) but with what and how much I eat on non fast days, it evens out to probably around the same…
  • Tell them your weight. Show them on a BMI calculator that's it's a healthy weight for your height. Show them that your bodyfat % is within the recommended range. Then (loudly if they've tried to shame you), ask them to share their weight so they can see if it's in a healthy range or not. They won't bother you again.
  • There's a Jillian Michaels Body Revolution 2015 group which started Jan 1 but people have been joining up and starting later. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/101056-jillian-michaels-body-revolution-2015
  • Mine is open. 38 years, 5'4", 131lbs averaging about 1500 cals a day.
  • I'm feeling real sore this week (Beginning of week 6 for me). Workouts 5 and 6 are working muscles in my legs that must never have been worked out before. It's strange because when I do the exercises I don't think they are particularly harder than the others she has us do but I really feel it on Tuesdays and Fridays. Last…
  • I can definitely see some big differences. You have that little ridge going down the sides of your stomach now and the 'overhang' in the side on shots has reduced considerably . You're doing really well to be losing only six months after the baby .I was at my heaviest non - pregnant weight 18 months after the birth of my…
  • No results for me this week. I did do the fasting but more than made up for it on the "non-fasting" days this weekend. This included a big lunch at a friend's yesterday ... she put so much time and effort into it I had to eat heartily. :D The good news is that not much is up except my waist size a bit.
  • I found it less hard on my knees than Cardio 1 due to the lack of the 'running man'.

  • Hi, feel free to add me. I've only just started it as well...I watched Mosley's video on Saturday and fasted yesterday. I'm already at a healthy weight but I want to do it for the other health benefits Mosley explained in his Eat, Fast video (lower cancer, diabetes, heart problem risks). This has a lot to do with health…
  • My goal is 1270 but with exercise and eating back about half, I'm usually between 1450-1550. My diary is open.

  • Hi guys, finally seeing the scale move a bit this week. Phase 1 done and dusted and these are the results for the whole phase Weight : -4.5lbs Waist: - 1 inch Upper hip (belly button level) : -4.5 inches! • I am using the Jillian one for workout 3 (the chest press exercise) but for the other exercises we've had to do so far with a band, that has not had enough resistance. For those exercises I used a PowerTube which comes with a door attachment and a booklet on various exercises you can do with it.
  • It's possible. When I do half an hour of vigorous spinning, my heart rate monitor watch says I've burned around 350 calories even if the resistance isn't all that high (compared to the highest level). I can still get my heartrate up above 85% for most of the duration and perhaps that is why?
