  • Today’s workout was a 4 hour 850 calorie walk in Bouddi National Park. Today was Australia Day and a national holiday so it was nice to spend time with family. Current Weight - 159.3lbs Goal Weight - 135 lbs Height - 5’4” Age- 45
  • We don't celebrate Labor Day here in Australia but I will join in because September 6 is my birthday!! I started a weight loss vlog eight weeks ago where my initial goal was to get to a healthy BMI by my 44th birthday. However, almost 15lbs later I've achieved that :) I want to lose slowly but I would like to get my…
  • I got so close to my ideal weight five years ago - I got down to 127lbs. I think my goal was 123lbs. Then I stopped counting my calories every day, I stopped doing my daily workouts, I slowly started eating more junk food. For a couple of years it was fine - then suddenly I was back up to 170lbs. So doing it again but now…
  • My warmup was from a Youtuber who subscribes to my Youtube weightloss vlog. I did his low impact cardio workout as a warm up and then I did Jillian Michaels Cardio 3. Today's my 5:2 fast day so that's all I'll do for cardio today. Oggie Silver Fitness : https://youtu.be/HfbN2W7wUJA
  • Well, a gain for me last week but fairly small and it's that time of month .... :) July 1: 143.5 lbs (65.1kg) July 5: 143.7 lbs (65.2kg) July 12: July 19: July 26:
  • Congratulations, you look great!! When did you start your weight loss journey?
  • Petty reason: To look good for my job in hair and makeup (yeah, not so busy right now!) More serious reason: I don't want to develop diabetes etc later in life.
  • Same, please add me too!!
  • I think "How am I going to achieve my calorie deficit?" and that gets me into my workout clothes pretty quick. I don't want to fast more than the two days I currently am. No deficit, no loss for me.
  • I had a virus that I contracted in India in late January. I was in bed for three days and then flew back to Australia whilst still sick but not feverish. A lot of the symptoms were similar - cough, dizzy, fever, weird rashes. The cough persisted for about a month!
  • Wow, congratulations!! That is some seriously hard work there. And good on you for starting in March when this whole thing blew up!! It took me a good eight weeks of floundering around (I’m a hair and makeup artist) and overeating before deciding to go on a weight loss journey.
  • I did an hour of Jillian Michaels HIIT workouts in the morning and then went to the gym in the evening (they’ve reopened here in Sydney... for now) and did a Krissy Cela workout focusing on chest and upper body. Then I made an 8 week review vlog - have lost almost 15lbs in that time.
  • Hi everyone, I’d love to join. I have about 20lbs to lose to get to my ideal weight. I started a weight loss journey 8 weeks ago by restarting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and have lost 15lbs in this time. I’m currently 65.1kg (143.5lbs).
  • I restarted Jillian Michaels Body Revolution after 6 years and have lost almost 15 pounds in the past 8 weeks. Vlogging them daily has really helped with accountability - I feel I have to post them/be careful with my diet if people are watching :)
  • I'm just over half way through vlogging my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program and have lost almost 15lbs since starting 7.5 weeks ago. Jillian workouts are really the only thing that get effective results for me but I keep forgetting that! I plan to try a Chloe Ting challenge after that as a 'breather' but go back to…
  • My experience has been really positive. I've been vlogging my Jillian Michaels workouts daily for the past seven weeks. However, it depends what your focus is - mine is to lose the weight and improve my fitness, not necessarily make engaging content especially when I am posting every day. I want to keep it as a kind of…
  • Today is a rest day because I am doing a full fast (5:2 fasting on Wednesdays and Saturday - I'm in Australia) but yesterday I vlogged two Jillian workouts in the morning (this takes about an hour) and then I did 90 minutes at the gym in the evening targeting muscles on the back of my body (hamstrings, glutes, triceps,…
  • Would love to join. I've lost about almost 15lbs in the last seven weeks by vlogging my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workouts and doing 5:2 fasting. Vlogging is doing wonders at keeping me accountable. I weigh in on Sundays. I don't set goal weights per month as such but I do have exercise/diet goals and see what…
  • Hi, I'm 5'3 (and a half) and restarted a weightloss journey just over seven weeks ago. I've gone from 158.2lbs to 143.5lbs. My goal is about 120-125lbs. I have gone back to what worked for me before - Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and fasting. This time I am vlogging it to keep myself accountable because I tended to…
  • Hi, I don't know if you are still doing this but I just restarted this program in May and am vlogging it under FitbyFortyFour on Youtube. Would love another accountability partner
  • June 1st - 149.6lbs June 7th - 148.06lbs June 14th - 145.86 (a great week!!) June 21st - 144.98 lbs Total lost in June so far: 4.62lbs I am doing 6 days a week of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution
  • It was beautiful. It was my cardio day today. I skipped the Jillian Michaels cardio workouts that I’ve been vlogging (they are only 20 minutes) and did a 90 minute bushwalk which required a 30 minute each way bike ride. It was good to get outside and not worry about too many people being around.
  • It was good. I did Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Workout 8 and her Killer Abs Workout 3. I was sweating buckets with the last one. I’ve been vlogging my Body Revolution workouts this time on Youtube under FitbyFortyFour to keep myself accountable.
  • I don't usually log my dancing (or if I do I reduce the time) because I think MFP really overestimates calories burned with that. All other exercise is logged.
  • I'd like to join too. Did well earlier this year with a similar weekly weigh-in with a JM Body Revolution group but since we've finished up, haven't really been 'accountable' on a weekly basis and a few lbs have crept back on.
  • I think I preferred NMTZ over BFBM. The latter hardly got my heartrate up whereas former left me sore day afterward and muscles definitely looking more toned in a couple of days. I highly recommend her Body Revolution DVD's and 6 week 6 pack over either of them though.
  • Just avoid the creamy, paneer based dishes and anything deep-fried. Indian food, even vegetarian, is very heavy on carbs. Channa/chole masala with plain atta tandoori roti is an okay choice, or a mushroom masala.
