Has anyone done this workout and stuck to it? Did you like it? I understand that is is mostly cardio. My plan is to to Banish Fat boost Metabolism for six days a week for a month then alternate between Banish fat boost metabolism and he Killer buns and thighs DVD.

I do it sometimes when it is raining out or I can't get to the gym. Be careful doing it so often, it can really be bad on the knees.0

I alternated between Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones (another of her DVD's; it is on YouTube if you want to check it out), and an optional exercise DVD (sometimes yoga, pilates, or a light cardio/strength) each week for 6 weeks. That made it so that I only did each DVD twice a week (I rested on Sunday) which kept me from getting burned out on one particular DVD! I don't think I could have done only Banish Fat Boost Metabolism every day. I did really love it though! Challenged me in a good way, and she is good about letting you know how to modify to make easier or harder! During those 6 weeks of doing the rotation above though, I lost 10 lbs and had a much nicer shape! Try No More Trouble Zones in combination though because that is what helped with my nice shape change for the most part, and it still does burn a nice amount of calories! This all was a while ago though before I was on MFP, and I am now back to square 1 myself!0

Thank you for your advice I noticed No More Trouble Zones on YouTube. I will give it a try if I get bored or this seems to be too much. I have about 26 pounds till I am to my pre pregnancy weight. My goal is by Christmas.0

Well.....both are cardio/strength (see charts in Collage Video). The vast majority of Jillian DVDs are a high impact combo of cardio/strength.

No More Trouble zones is just strength: http://www.collagevideo.com/products/jillian-michaels-no-more-trouble-zones
That would change things up more.

I do cardio separate from strength. I just like to have 2 different days. I change instructors also. No way can I take the same instructor day in and day out.0 -
I did this DVD for the first time today. I enjoyed it so will defo be doing it again.0

I think I preferred NMTZ over BFBM. The latter hardly got my heartrate up whereas former left me sore day afterward and muscles definitely looking more toned in a couple of days. I highly recommend her Body Revolution DVD's and 6 week 6 pack over either of them though.0
