Woo hoo!
I've finished with JMBR :) Results are 8.6 lbs down, 12.4 inches lost and 4-5% bodyfat lost. My goal was a loss of 12lbs to 124lbs so 3.4 lbs away from that - I did kind of slack off with my diet especially in weeks 9-10 though. Hopefully I'll see a pound or two go this week - often I lose a bunch just after finishing up…

How to add pics to blog?
If we want to add pictures to our blog, do we need to store those pictures on an external site and link to them with the URL feature or can we upload them directly to MyFitnessPal (like we can with the message boards)? I haven't been able to find the editing feature at the top of the blog editor that lets us upload them…

Week 2 Results
No big changes this week. In my defense I could say it was because it's that totm but actually the temporary weight gain I usually get from that has come and gone.
