No big changes this week. In my defense I could say it was because it's that totm but actually the temporary weight gain I usually get from that has come and gone. At one point it shot up to almost 138lbs but now it's back at 133. Diet wasn't the best this week .. had a fair bit of cake on Saturday due to a birthday and other treats throughout week so will really try to watch that more this week.
