  • I don't have scheduled cheat days, but usually if I have a good weigh in on a Friday I will eat something "bad" like Chipotle that night or over the weekend.   • Honestly 1200 calories a day is terrible for you unless you weigh 100 lbs because you are starving your body and more likely to gain the weight right back that you lose. I've maintained 1500 since July and have lost 23 lbs with exercise 3-5 days a week. Don't be afraid to up your calories to at least 1400!
  • I did not gain, but I didn't lose either. I just toggled at the same weight from Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas but I FINALLY had a nice loss last Friday.   • It's all about you! If you want it bad enough you will stick to a plan and make it a routine! I was about the exact same measurements as you when I started in July and now I am down to 135. I eat 1500 cals a day and workout minimum 4 days a week. Make sure you are aiming for reasonable long term goals, and not short term.…
  • The fact that you are healthy and lost all that weight is worth every penny! Keep it up! And maybe you can sell your old clothes by having a yard sale or going to a flea market and make some of it back so you don't feel soo guilty about spending the money on new stuff!
  • I hit a plateau for almost a month and I was wobbling between the same 2-3 lbs! If you are eating the same and being consistent with your workouts I would say a plateau is 2 weeks or more. Stay positive though and keep up the hard work!! I got over mine and I am still busting my butt!!

He also has a hard time because he gets busy at work and sometimes doesn't have time to eat a full meal so I have to pack him small things like granola, fruit and small sandwiches. He is under his calories suggested by MFP every day and it's even worse when he works because instead of coming home…
