  • cardio will help with losing the fat but if you want a lean and toned look then mix your weight training workouts up and take a day or two a week to do some light lifting with more reps or sets. you will start to get a more cut and toned look while your doing cardio and everything else.

  • I haven't read what other's have posted but keep in mind as far as your weight gain that muscle weighs more than fat so if your strength training and not seeing any weight loss then that's not a bad thing it just means your building more muscle.
