  • Day 4 done! Almost done with this week! I am getting excited about adding running into my program. I have a job interview today and I am worried that my workout will suffer with a job. LOL.   • Just finished day 2. I contemplated not doing it, but then thought about how much I want to get back in shape. So, I did it. I did not add in the running though. Maybe after this program I can run and do week 1 again and work my way up through the program again. Martha, did you end up doing it even though you are sick?
