If you're walking or running you don't have to log it in MFP since FB does it well; if you're doing some other kind of cardio (cycling etc.) log that with the start time and duration since FB doesn't track those well and it will remove the FB adjustment for that time period in lieu of what you say the other cardio burn was.
-
If your fitbit is linked to your MFP and you enter the cardio in MFP along with the start time / duration MFP/FB will remove the data the fitbit recorded and use what you put in for that time period, so you won't double-book the exercise.
-
Once you link your fitbit to MFP when you enter cardio on MFP it asks you the time in addition to the duration; it then automatically removes tracked activity by the fitbit in that period. If you're walking or running you probably don't need to bother; but anything else you'll log as normal and MFP/FB will work it out for…

If you're going to make it conditional on what others are going to do it's going to vary. So, screw'em -- I think most people won't care. I, and my fat *kitten*, love my bibs. I do have a pair of baggy bike shorts from aerotechdesigns.com but i've never seen baggy bibs. I thought about wearing shorts over my bibs but…

You should be able to uninstall - the data lives on their server, not your phone.

I believe it would absolutely count that. maybe use it on your left hand instead of right (assuming you don't do a lot of mirroring). When you're at home, check your numbers and then conduct for 5 minutes in a 2 pattern at a brisk tempo and see how many steps it's counted. maybe when you step on the podium; put it in your…

Lots of good advice already I just want to point out a couple of resources I use - http://www.bikeforums.net/forum.php - Especially the Clydesdale / Athena forum and more locally: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/344-bicycling-road-and-mountain

You know, I tried and tried to click that little X and I was never able to do anything with it until I tried on the iPad
-
I did see new weapons / armor when I hit level 5 I think.
-
You show up on my list as Caroline - if it's not you they've swiped your profile picture ;)

Character Name: Weezoh
-
Your name now shows as SuperVixen2B for me. I just loaded it up and it said I was level 2. I think it says it only looks at your data for the day you joined so I guess it pulled data from that.
-
Your username shows up as blank. When I clicked on your request it said "undefined" wants to add you as a friend. Worked though but you show up in the list with no username for me.
-
I'll give it a go, just downloaded; username Weezoh; Tried looking for Badger but only see one Badger but no overhead press in the picture
-
Not a lot to add since the basics have been covered other than to mention there's a cycling group here on MFP -- http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/361-bicycling-road-and-mountain

If there's no Lady Stoneheart I'll be disappointed, but I thought the biggest omission from the finale was Tysha! Tyrion's mental state next season should be severely rocked by what Jamie was supposed to tell him in the cell and what he realizes about his life for the last 10? years or so. I really didn't feel like he was…

You're about my height but a lot younger and lighter than when I started; Keep at it, in a flat parking lot if you have to, and you'll improve quickly. Make sure you are on a bike that fits you. cycling underwear or shorts might help, but if you're fatiguing more quickly than your nether-regions complain you just need to…

Great! I love riding. Incidentally there's a bike group here on MFP: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/361-bicycling-road-and-mountain sounds like you definitely want some padded shorts and maybe a new saddle. Check out aerotechdesigns.com for bicycle clothing at a large variety of sizes. I have big man's baggy…

And out again on Sunday - 32 miles on a new trail for us - the Western Reserve Greenway from Champion to Orwell in Ohio.
-
Bah, didn't know I had to edit it right then or it would be locked down. Let's try again with a smaller version Western Reserve Trailhead Stoker in the shot who is also a MFP success story. by perrytarantine

A quick panorama I took today at the end of the Metroparks Bikeway. OK at least the very very very left of it. . . I'll have to see if I can fix that tomorrow.

I used to be a lot more sensitive to fiber when I was younger I think (hard to tell because I had no idea what I was eating) - I remember if I ate like Raisin Bran or Bran checks for breakfast my morning schedule was now filled. Now that I'm in my 40s I think I've crossed the Rubicon on that sensitivity. With averaging 35g…

Around 250 calories (steel cut oats w/Raisins & Walnuts) and a baby bel light cheese. And I average around 35g fiber

Congrats

Arriving today Wahoo Speed/Cadence sensor: and also Spurcycle bell was just installed

Sets / reps are how many of that exercise do you do repeated how many times so 5 squats repeated 3 times would be 5 & 3. The strength training logging is purely for your reference and to track your progress. it will not have any effect on your calories (too many variables go into determining calorie burn from strength…

The baggy shorts from AeroTech are a baggy outer shell with pockets over a padded tighter inner liner with leg grips.

I think everyone's already hit the high points but here's what I do: Turn off calorie estimates (gives you calories even if you're not active to even things out) -- If I'm going to be trapped in a chair all day I just roll with it and be over. Turn on negative calorie adjustment (takes away calories based on lack of…

+1 for AeroTech Designs. I just bought a pair of big man's bibs and can't wait for the weekend to not be rainy and cold so I can break them in. Also have a pair of baggy shorts from them that are now a bit big.

It's on the settings | device page; calories burned is one of the options for your display goal
