Its not listed, anyone have any ideas? Or should I just log it as the actual exercise?

Sets / reps are how many of that exercise do you do repeated how many times so 5 squats repeated 3 times would be 5 & 3.
The strength training logging is purely for your reference and to track your progress. it will not have any effect on your calories (too many variables go into determining calorie burn from strength training). You might log calisthenics or "strength training" under cardio for a guesstimate.0 -
