She is 8 and in 3rd grade this year. She did it all by herself...she is one of my biggest supporters....what more could a mother ask for! PS She's the cute little face in my ticker now!

Start now...I was told to take pictures so i did and every time i took a new one i noticed a change...just what I needed to keep me going....in a year from now imagine the change!

I just checked mine and I am only one pound away from what it says...it's not a good number to start with. I renew mine in November so I am hoping that i will be able to make that number change!

I just strated running/jogging and i bought Asics..can not imagine how i ever even walked before...LOVE THEM!

I have a spread sheet that has everything on it, inches, weight, workouts and "5 weeks weight"...alot of times it is very close and a few times it has been even right on...i have beene stuck for amost a week but I hope that chnges soon..It's a little motivator for me.

Ok so toady went pretty well...we ended up walking to another park that is on the other side of town and then I did some tapes and some exercise off the TV..I did Belly Dancing, which is like Hula dancing and I miss that..so that was fun..I also did Hip Hop Dance..that was a little harder but still fun..I have 2 fat left…

You don't need to buy a face wash...all you need is water and a Norwex cloth. It has bulit in silver which means it is antibacterial and kills all that nasty stuff on contact..guaranteed cloth to last for 2 years but last longer...the only thing that ever cleared up my face, shoulders, chest and back! Ok..for the 3rd week goal i am going to watch my fat...that one tens to vary quite a bit......for a new exercise I bought a whole bunch of $1.00 video from Dollar Tree that I have not tried yet or I'm gonna check out some on Exercise TV..there is an interesting belly dancing one I think I should try! I'll let ya know :)

So funny you pickes this exercise this week...i have added in bike riding everyonce in a shile to change it up and try to pick different DVD and parts of the body to work out.......Cool!

i have some Gold's Gym arm workouts that i really like...did Jm 30DS..that was a good start and Walk away the pounds are nice too.

I eat all my meals on a small plate...looks like your getting so much more..I eat with a baby spoon especially if it is something really yummy, takes longer that way..i use a measuring cup also cuz lots of things that are 1/4 of a cup and that is REALLY small!
