Everyday around the same time after the bathroom and in under garments....I track everything in a spreadsheet and i log in any weight lose...I love watching the ticker move on this site and it gives me so much incentive to keep going...I've lost 4.5 pounds since Sunday and I was more motivated watching the little movements…

I have a before picture and a now picture and I don't ever want to look like that before picture again...that is more than enough motivation to not eat snacks and get up and move..i also have some pretty good friends that motivate me!

Was a biking day so i only had 7114 steps...but burned tons of calories biking and was able to finish the trail without stopping...that's a first! Still working on the 30 minute meals..mine are usually 10 minutes!

I started with Walk Away the Pounds and then moved to JM Shred..It was hard but it really kicked started my weight lose and inches...17 pounds and 25 inches during the video and I did it on about 32 days..

I was a Diet Cokeaholic! I have pretty much cut it out unless we are out somewhere...since I have stopped drinking it at home i have begun to lose weight....now i grab a bottle of water instead and use Hansen's fruit sticks which have no aspertame.

No offense but I wish the top of my pear looked like yours! i found that babydoll shirts without a lot of fabric in the middle are good....but who knows what else to wear!

Do what works for you..I work out 6 days a week changing it up with weights and cardio...on my rest day i usually go for a walk with my kids.

Thanks~ I was so surprised when i put on the shirt and looked like I ha dno hips! No cheat....it was hard but when i looked at the food all i saw was calories! i figured nuts was the best option! Allthough the fruit pizza with a sugar cookie crust and cream cheese sauce looked so good!

I love the pee test..get excited when it is less than lemondae color...my toilet is yellow ( made that way) and sometimes its hard to see but I do my best!

You do realize how many calories white rice has in it. 1/4 cup is usually the serving and has between 170-210 calories depending on the brand...we use Kukuho (sp) rice and it is insane..i have really cut out white rice and switched to brown...i like the instant Uncle Ben's brown rice..not a lot of sodium like the others…

I was wondering about logging steps..i'm up late 10:30-11:30 so maybe at a certain time...we just finsihed a leisure walk and I am at 15,625....bring it on! :bigsmile:

i just bought a new pair of Asics today..they are a size bigger than my other shoes..they are so comfortable..they lady helped me alot and let me try on oddles of shoes but did recommend this brand over anything else they had. My toes would always fall asleepin my other shoes and I'm thinking they were too small.

It helps when your doing C25K..and you have three kids and you spend the afternoon shopping:blushing: ...I'm at 11083 steps...yeah I rock and I sat and ate with my kids for 30 minutes at Burger King and I had a chicken sandwich and a side salad with only half a packet of dressing!!!!!:tongue:

During the weekend yes...otherwise he is working..I have a 2, 3 and 8 year old...I'm lucky if I even get to sit down to eat....but I never help myself to more till after 20 minutes if I think I am still hungry...It's only one meal a day so I will try.:)

I'm in...alomst 10,000 today so i am up for eat...eating for 30 minutes with three children a challenge..but I usually finish fitrst and wait for them to eat, does that count?
