This is so inspiring! My start weight is similar to yours and I’m the same height. You give me hope. I am also currently experiencing a scale stall and am very much looking forward to the “woosh”!! Keep it up and please keep posting your progress. I absolutely live for before and after pics.

Hi All! I haven't been doing a very good job of checking in. I am going to make an effort to check in much more often. My personal weapon is to bring plenty of healthy food to work with me. I keep plenty of healthy snacks at my desk and fresh healthy food for lunch.

M water is done for day. I will vote for docking the boat. I am having quite a bit of difficulty keeping up the exercise. I can reasonably burn 300 cals a day but that is all. I have 3 young children and a 1 hour commute each way. Kids start school in one week and I have no idea how that will affect my workout routine. I…

You can change your nutritional goal settings to customize them. They default to 55% carbs. I have mine changed to 40% carbs/40% protein/20% fat. Just go to Goals -> Change Goals -> Custom Settings

I broke up my walking too. Glad I managed to get it all done. I am so grateful for this challenge. It keeps me motivated. This weekend, I watched The Walking Dead Season 1 while I did my walking on the treadmill. Can't wait for October and season 2!
