I was using the program to help me be able to pass the run portion of a military pt test so I only went to week 7 then redid weeks 2,3, & 4. Not only did I pass my pt test but I also was able to get rid of the inhaler that my doctor put me on.

the anterior raises with the side lunges, and all the jumping is killing my calves... d1l1 done... eta: oh yeah i did this dvd for 16 days last year and it helped alot so i'm back to it and hoping to finish it this time....good luck everyone and happy shredding

This is not a replacement for medical advise as I am not a doctor.....however try exercising when you get the urge for extra food... just some quick pushups or situps anything....that has 3 good points it makes you feel better and less depressed, it keeps you busy which helps you through the mindless eating time, and helps…

activity level is meant to account for your activity outside of exercise...like your job and making dinner and running kids around that kind of thing not necessarily exercise. That's why our exercises that we enter in the diary affect our daily totals.

bump just got my blender and had my first banana smoothie. It was awesome. But.... It had sugar and vanilla extract in it. 1 banana 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup milk (i used 2%) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp sugar ( i needed 2) 2 tsp hershey's syrup (optional) Blend for 30-45 seconds.

I'm not positive since it's out of context but it might be body media fit which is another heart rate monitoring system with a subscription. I don't have one though so I'm don't have any specifics on it.

Maybe try doing the shred first and then running. you still might not get all the moves but at least you'll be warmed up for your run and get both exercises in. I went for a run last night (beginner) with the intention of doing the shred after and I couldn't do it I was too worn out from running.

I think I did remarkably well since I quit smoking 6 weeks ago normally this would have made me run for a cigarette....:)

are you using any quit aids or just cold turkey on your own? I used chantix for about a month and I haven't had a cigarette for a month and a half. I have gained about 10 lbs though. I would suggest sugar free gum and dum dum pops. exercise and just generally keeping busy helps me also. good luck!
