My NSV is that I passed with a time of 16:52 and it seemed so much easier. Thank you to all my mfp pals especially because this site is where i learned about c25k to…

I was just wondering how many calories you burn for anger/rage! I live in an RV park. Just about everyone here has a dog and they are allowed to run in the park without a leash. HRM
Hi I just got my first HRM. it's a Sportline wristwatch. i was wondering about it's accuracy. i left it on because it's a watch too,but according to the ca burner i burned 2900 calories in 9.5 hours today. Does anyone else have one? Doesn't that seem a little high. I have seen it lower than i would expect during a workout…
