part of the reason i started this journey was because i can't run/jog fast enough to pass my pt test for the military. along the way i realized i wanted to lose weight , lose inches and get healthier. i had the added worry of having my husband have a 6x bypass in 2010. since there has been a lot of CAD in my family history i realized i had to do more than just get to the point that i can run 1.5 miles. i have been doing 30d shred,walking, wii fit, ddr, and the ab doer chair So yesterday i was freezing and decided to take my heart rate while sitting in my chair and watching a movie. when i started this journey my resting heart rate was about 78. Yesterday it was 53!!!!!!!! So i decided to see how long i could run, i made it running 4 min walk 1 min cycles to 20 min. when i started this journey i could only run for 2.5 min. slight victories and still a ways to go but victories none the less.:bigsmile:
