i recently changed my strength training, and im gettting better lifts already.. MONDAY- chest, triceps, shoulders cardio: either a 1 mile run, or 22 minute interval TUESDaY- back, and biceps WEDNESDAY- legs, and abs some cardio after THURSEDAY-same as monday, but no cardio FRIDAY- same as tuesday, but i run around 3 or 4…

i probably wouldnt do that.. last summer, i thought it would be a good idea to add a 40 lb weight vest to my runs.. it was pretty hard on my body, and i would just stay away from that idea. lol im pretty sure extreme cardio helped me improve my times last summer... if you're always running the same trail, try running…

diet pills are not a good idea.. what does a diet pill really do? curb your appetite? ok, whats the point of that? why try and start something you cant do the rest of your life? just exercise regular, and eat healthy.

i like protein drinks because of the convenience... also string cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, protein bars, and tuna are my favorite quick snacks

you cant focus on a spot on your body, and lose weight there.. you're not wasting your time, but you could be doing much much more.. best of luck to you

you cant look at a spot on your body, and try to tone it... try compound workouts. squats, lunges, and planks are good workouts you should try.. do some intense cardio, and eat clean. you will be on your way. :)

try having a cheat day set.. mine was every sunday.. i still lost the pounds, but i hated when i would actually cheat.. you will appreciate the changes youre making for yourself. i promise

^^^^^ i agree with this.. i dont see why people think eating 6 times a day is dumb? youre never hungry, and depending on your goals, you can spread your protein intake out through the day.. I lost about 40 pounds doing this in 7 months..

btw... its not like muscle is easy to get.. it takes strength training, and proper protein, and carb intake.. i understand some women dont want to look really ripped, but people dont understand how hard i is to reach that point
