thinking about changing my split. need some ideas my current split is mon-legs tues-chest,tris wed- back, and biceps thurs- legs friday-arms, shoulders saturday- do a little cardio my question is- can i get a better split than this? its been working for me, but always looking for improvement

i workout in mornings, then run every afternoon, or do some kind of cardio. this has been working great for me i know guys who workout twice a day every other day.. i know your muscles need time to heal, and rebuild, but its hard to understand this concept when these guys are completely jacked! who really knows the truth…

protein grams per lb????
Hey everyone! I was told today by a friend that he tries to eat 190 grams of protein per day since hes 190 pounds... he said this has helped him get to where hes at..(hes totally ripped btw).. how does everyone feel about this??? i know ive read this before, but have never practiced this..

Hey everyone! remember to do the workouts at the gym that you suck at.. i hate doing abs, so i skip them, and run long distance instead.. thats not good enough! double your results, and do the workouts.. everyone hates leg, and abdominal workouts, but that is your core, and SUPPORTS your body.
