Hey everyone! remember to do the workouts at the gym that you suck at.. i hate doing abs, so i skip them, and run long distance instead.. thats not good enough! double your results, and do the workouts.. everyone hates leg, and abdominal workouts, but that is your core, and SUPPORTS your body. Get it done! Good Luck everyone, and enjoy your workouts
