oh yeah btw.. you dont really need to spend money on protein powder.. if you would rather eat all your protein, then go for it.. at the end of the day, its just a supplement to help you reach your protein intake daily goal

my wife at a burrito our first date.. she cleaned her plate. beans, and rice. i ate ceviche because i was dieting, and it came out in some gay margarita looking glass. i was so embarrassed

more calories doesnt always mean worse. protein bars have more protein, so this causes calories to go up.

quest chips are better than crackers. if you have to eat chips, these are great 120 calories, 21g protein, only 5 carbs in an entire bag
