cassie: great point. everyones body is different. u were still probably losing fat when you thought u werent though.. one of the biggest mistakes you can make while dieting is stepping on a scale.. sounds silly but its true. you were probably gaining muscle, and u diddnt know it..

remember to make short term goals as well as your long term one.. this will help you get to your goal. set a goal to run 5 miles for the week, or take stairs instead of the elevator to your office.. little things like this will help you. another simple goal is to just try and lose 2 pounds for the week, and stay away from…

there are shin splint stretches you can do before, and after you run.. try those. they helped for me
