3 chicken breasts 1 can black beans 1 cup of chunky salsa cook on low for 5 hours shred chicken and add one package fat free cream cheese 30 min before finished. very good and low fat/calories. Sometimes I eat it on a tortilla if I can afford the calories. hope you like it.

Yes it does get easier. I am on Day 5 and I am still a little sore from last nights workout, but did feel a difference in last nights routine.
