Oh boy...yes. You need to exercise if you're suck, in my opinion. When I get stuck, I increase the intensity of my workouts for about a week, and then I'm unstuck. Feel free to add me as a friend, and look into my food diary. And yes you can @cheekymoi83 . You can be better with your food. You can do it! We've all been…

I'm a night shift nurse. I eat 24/7 as long as it's within my calorie count, AND if I'm hungry. Losing 1 lb /week successfully here. I am glad I don't pay attention to what everyone else says.

Lose another 90 lbs. I got this! Feel free to add me MFpeeps!

New friends? Ok!

I have a salt issue, too. It's pretty much trial, and error. Don't beat yourself. Just be more careful. Take it easy like the other girls said. Just take it one meal at a time, and that's how I learned to stay away from certain high sodium foods. You can do it. Add me as a friend! I got serious on my 30th birthday back in…

Thank you GaleHawkins! I have been doing other research, and I am very happy to have learned something new! You are why I love MFP!

So I'm 5'10". I found that instead of placing my goal at "two pounds per week, " I changed it to "One pound per week." This took my calorie goals from about 1700 to 2100 per day. This also allowed me to eat without going over due to hunger. I do eat back exercise calories. I found I was over eating frequently with the…

Amazing. Totally adding you. Thanks for sharing. I'm ready to become a fitness freak and live without diabetes and heart disease that runs in my family.

I am also curious, what supplements helped you? You're looking fabulous.

Wow! You look amazing. And so inspiring to hear a story of how you met your husband.

Rockin that dress girl! You go!

It's weird that you posted about being scared to be slim. I've had the same thoughts for years, and always felt ashamed about expressing them. Thank God for MFP! For a long time, I associated being slim with disease, hunger, starvation, and near-death. I know not all that is true. I'm a freaking Registered Nurse for God…

In total awe and amazement! Great job girlie!!!! Love, love, love the style!

I have had the pleasure of dating a handful of guys with this little bit of heaven. Alas...still single. Just having a physical trait doesn't make the guy any smarter! Can I have both?

I totally agree with this topic. :) You look amazing.

This is great advice. It's about educating yourself and from there comes the confidence.

There was a one day kit for about 10 bucks. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I'd much rather have used that money and bought four meals in the freezer section. Total junk!

Hi all. My name is Kate. I'm from Indiana. I'm a registered nurse who needs to lose this weight! I have no idea what I'm gonna do for Halloween but I hope this will inspire me to have fun, and look great doing it!

Switching from Planet Fitness to LA Fitness just today. It's been a great year, but I think I'm going to take advantage of a trainer there at LA. Never done that before, but I've gotta do something different.

Outstanding!

I'm 5'10". I would like to hit 170. That number just feels like the golden ticket for me. I haven't weighed that since middle school, so I don't know how I'll look now at age 28.

I saw your legs and I'm like, "Those are hot!" Keep it up girl! Thanks for the motivation!

Beautiful! Great work!!!!

One scoop. Water. Rarely use milk. That's all.

It could be a dietary issue. I felt the same way, and about three weeks ago, I started taking extra Iron. My energy levels changed in 2-3 days. Being a woman means losing blood. My last check up said my iron levels were fine, but a week before TOM, I would have to sleep for about two days straight. What I noticed after…
