who woulda thunk it? I saw it yesterday- 5 days for $45. I seriously thought about getting it just to try it but didnt. I didnt want to spend all that money and not like the food. Anyone else ever tried it?

There was a one day kit for about 10 bucks. It was the most disgusting thing ever. I'd much rather have used that money and bought four meals in the freezer section. Total junk!0

yeah I've always wondered about the food. I'd much rather have smart ones and WW freezer meals---at least I know those are good0

I tried it also didn't like it at all0

Or better yet, buy fresh produce, meat/chicken/protein and whole grains and make your own meals w/o extra sodium and other additives.0

Really? Not that I'll buy it but what section is it in? Near the pharmacy or in grocery?0

This! Even foods labeled as healthy, still have tons of extras in it that our bodies just don't need! Going fresh and homemade is always best.0 -
I have stopped eating ALL processed foods, I also cut out bread, potatoes and rice. I have lost 35 pounds since October by eating whole foods, logging what I eat on MFP and exercising. There is no miracle foods or supplements, just hard work and determination!0

I tried it last year. Did not like it at all. I did drop some pounds but my fingers and feet were so swollen from all the sodium...like a lot of sodium. and there was just something not right about eating freeze dried meat that you store at room temperature. But if you can get past all that, the smell will get you. This food smells soooo bad! I have a lot of weight to lose and it's not something that I could do for the rest of my life. So healthy veggies and meat is really the way to go. Unless you plan staying on it forever. Also, it tends to get really expensive. You also have to buy all of your fruits and veggies and snacks. What comes in the package is just your core foods. It also give you a list of foods that you have to buy separate.0
