Hi Barbi, I believe in eating my exercise calories too and it's working! Like cllmetatrsld said, it motivates me to workout! Otherwise, I only get 1260! BOO!

Congrats! I would say switch it to Maintenance during the first trimester, then gain 1/2 lb/week for the second trimester, and then 1 lb/week for the third trimester. It won't be perfect but will help you with close to the recommended guidelines. :)

My RD has a test kit from a lab that screens 95 foods/ingredients for $140...that includes the kit to take to a lab, an overnight shipping label paid and then the results are emailed to her and she'll email them to me. Here is the lab...maybe you can contact them and see if they know of any RDs/nutritionists in your area…
