You are a beautiful person! You've already lost two pounds and that is certainly a step in the right direction. Good for you! Just the fact that you are on here trying to make a difference is great! I love my ta-ta and strong, shapely legs cus they help me leave all the tiny girls in the dust when I'm out for a run. :-)

Also, you have to do cardio in order to see definition in your belly. You can work your abs all day but you wont see the muscle until you combine fat burning cardio to remove the layer over the ab muscles.

Hey I also go to Planet Fitness. Use the "Chair" its the weird chair thing that doesn't have a seat. You use your upper body strength as well as your abs to pull your legs up. Also, just go in the corner with the mats and do "planks" and lots of crunches. A lot of people don't recommend the ab machines..they aren't bad,…
