I am a weightlifter and trying to cut a weight class. Are their any other lifters out there in the same boat? It would be nice to have some friends to encourage me. This site is a little tricky when it comes to "exercise" because they don't really count in hours of weightlifting as "calorie burning activity"

I started using this machine at Planet Fitness and noticed that you burn way more calories than the Elliptical machine. Has anyone used this machine before? If so, how do you calculate it. I can't seem to find it under "Exercise"
