I usually stop immediately. My HRM numbers are so much higher then the machines and MFP, I am always worried it counts more then I am really burning, so I don't want to take the chance and adding more.

I'm only at 1320. That's plenty for me though, so long as I eat smart throughout the day. It usually ends up being 3 good meals and two snacks :)

I take a water bottle, mine holds 3 cups of water, and I throw a drink packet in it. Only 10 calories for each full packet, gives my water some flavor and before I know it, I've drunken 3 water bottle fulls :)

Everyone will have 5 different answers for this question. LoL I say if you are hungry, then eat them, if not, don't. MFP is already giving you a calorie deficit and going too low could slow your weight loss. You just have to play around a bit and see what works for you. Yeah, that IS a good idea. I don't want to under-eat either though. Ugh, this makes my head spin. I do take off calories for "regular calorie burn" what I would burn naturally in that time just sitting around :). I figured that would help a bit. Thanks your your input ladies :)

Soda is a HUGE problem for me. I was down 8 lbs in 2 months and then thought I could start drinking regular soda again and within 6 months it was like I was back to old habits and gained all the weight back, so I'm starting over. Yeah, I just don't want to count more then I really am. I was sweating pretty good, and not "struggling" to breathe, but my breath was def. altered and I could feel my heart rate when increased. Ugh, why can't anything with weight loss be simple!! LoL

You are probably just "bloated" and when it's coming on, a lot of women retain water. I have learned to hide the scale during TOM because the numbers just aren't accurate.

Anything overused is going to be bad for you. As long as you are staying in your calorie goal, I would say, Drink Up! :) They are a good way to get the protein you need.
