Ideal weight for 5'5''- 5'6''
I'm sure this type of question has been asked a million times over but I can't seem to find it, so excuse me for it's annoying self. I am 5'5 1/2'' and was just wondering what everyone's "ideal" weight was for this height. And if you don't mind, what size pants you want to wear :)

Artificial Sugars...Yay or Nay
Just looking for opinions on "fake" sugars. I drink a lot of coffee (mainly where I use sugar) and I have been using Splenda. Personally I love it and love not using all that "real" sugar and calories. But I have been reading a lot on how they are bad for you. Should I stick with Splenda or just go for the real stuff?

NO, I am not asking if you SHOULD or not eat them back, I am just curious if YOU eat them back or not. I have seen all the posts on why or why not to eat them, but I want to know the differences of people who do and don't. A simple yes, no, or part would do great!! Thanks!

Has anyone did the C2K.. (couch to 5K)? I am not sure how to log it because it's a continuous switch of walking and running. (I am saving up to get a HRM, so I am stuck using MFP's and just was the most accurate count)

How accurate is MFP?
For calories burned that is. How would you compare the accuracy to the actual number burned? And yes, I am aware I should get a HRM but I don't have the extra money for it now, so I am making due with what I got.

Exercise calories really that important?
Do I REALLY have to eat my exercise calories back? My whole MFP is set at 1 lb. a week but I wouldn't mind loosing 1 1/2 even 2 lbs a week in the beginning at least. I mean as long as I am eating at least 1200 I should be okay right? (And if I am hungry I will eat, but if not.. I don't want to.)

MFP exercise calories
A few times I have seen people post where they say MFP overestimates the calories burned. When I put in my exercise is it just a general number or is it taking my weight-height into consideration? Please don't tell me just to get a HRM, I am working on it they are just a bit pricey for me.

(Not having a HRM) When warming up and cooling down for an exercise do you count that time toward the actual exercise or just the peak exercise?
