Today my thighs and calves feel broke! It hurts so much to walk. I have been doing a lot of dance routines and Tae Bo cardio. But I also just started the 30 Day Shred. Yesterday was day 2. I want to give myself the day off but it's only the 3rd day of the shred... should I just push through it and get it done or would it be okay to give myself the day off?

    Honestly, I gave myself a break today. My chest was in massive pain and so were my thighs. They killed me and continuing with the shred would only make it worse. If you think you can hold on then go for it, if it's too much. One day won't hurt... but it's all up to you

    If you are resting you should stretch.

    I do yoga or TurboFire Stretch when I am too sore or feeling a little of my age( I have synovial fluid in my left knee joint happens to some people as they age). Always makes me feel better and really if you don't you won't feel much better tomorrow.
