I've been doing a lot (to me) of cardio activity... from doing dance routine workouts for 1 hr. everyday and tae bo everyday for 40 min. (some Pilates with resistance bands too)

Usually, by the time of the cool down for the Tae Bo (cardio video) I would be broken and just sit on the ground and do little stretches... out of breath, hurting... feeling like I am going to die (not literally) even a few times I felt like I was going to throw up :/

Last night, after my dance and tae bo .. I made it through the whole cool down! Might be something small or simple to some, but it the first time I did it and it made me feel GREAT!! I HAVE to be getting stronger!!

So happy!! ♥

That's great! You are getting stronger and building your endurance!
I can't wait until I start to have days like that! I'm still feeling like I want to go back to bed after working out. My face stays beet red for at least a half an hour!

That's definitely NOT small or simple! That's awesome!! :) I just posted something like this a few days ago on my page, about how when I first started going to the gym I could barely last 20-30 minutes and want to die and go home. Now I stay up to 2 hours sometimes! It definitely means we're getting stronger!! :) GREAT JOB! :)
