Fixing weight ticker...
When I first started here, I didn't have a scale and guess my weight. When I got one and weighed myself I was 2 lbs. more then what I had guessed :/ I fixed my starting weight but my ticker still says the old one.. any way I can change this to the right number?

I am a HUGE caffeine addict. I mean on a daily basis I would consume anywhere from 6-8 sodas a day!! Not to mention a few cappuccinos. It's horrible!! Belly Dancing..
Would beginner belly dancing still be considered "belly dancing" under exercise? I mean, it keeps my heart rate up and I am sweating, but is it not as intense as full fledged belly dancing. I just don't want to think I am burning more calories then what I actually am..

Figuring out the calorie loss.
I am having trouble finding the calories loss for certain exercises. I am doing something called the M-100 in my exercise routine.
