Figuring out the calorie loss.

I am having trouble finding the calories loss for certain exercises. I am doing something called the M-100 in my exercise routine. The three exercises are not listed and I don't know the calories burned doing this, so that I can keep track. It consists of squat thrusts, mountain climbers, and squat jumps. 10 reps of each until I reach 100. In the end it ends up being 40 squat thrusts, 30 mountain climbers, and 30 squat jumps with no breaks. Very intense. Any way I can find out how many calories this is burning?

I'd say log it as circuit training as long as your heartrate stays up the whole time.0
