  • have realised I'm going to struggly to fit it in tomorrow as have tap class straight after work! I'm not a morning person so won't manage to get up early to do it. At least I'm doing something else thats good exercise too and it will give my poor arms a chance to rest and build a bit.

  • if you're still under your net then i wouldnt worry about the club too much. I have sugar free jelly with or without fruit as its very low and quite filling and different to boring fruit!

  • Thanks everyone, I do find it hard to only lose a few pounds but I'll stick to it and with this app it shouldn't be too difficult, that hardest thing is giving up that glass of wine or 2 at the weekend!
