nowt wrong with being happy with yourself, but she is putting her life in massive danger and thats the massive problem, excuse the pun. I would hate it if my mum was so careless with her health

some people dont have an appertite, my brother quite often forgets to eat (something I can never do!) so it could just be how you are, as long as you do eat and stick to healthy foods I should think you'll be ok, I am not a doctor though its just my opinion. Take advantage of the fact that your willpower is so good and eat…

I've been losing weight for my wedding in September and I'm on the way although have been having a few naughty weeks so need to get back on track. I haven't put any on though which is good :-) You need to exercise everday if you like your food as otherwise its hard to stick to your calorie intake, thats what I find anyway.…

PS I should mention my fiance who always lets me have a little of his naughty food to stopmy cravings :-)

aww I am the work friend who yells! My main support is also Sukie as we tend to message each other all day about what we are eating and how much we exercise. My mum is also good, she is great at losing weight and understands when I am so even if I go there for dinner she will give me small potions and cook it in a healthy…

Introduce exercise into you life and you can earn back loads of calories! Also give yaself a break its only your second day and you'll learn to say no eventually, it takes practice believe me!

i always eat my calories as I am eating less than I should every day anyway and I know that when I dont eat enough my weight goes down slower! But thats me, I didn't lose anything after a while when I was being strict and my mother suggested upping my calories for a couple of days and that helped. I also find a break from…

i had it and did it till half way through level 2 and then lost the disk when i had a little too much wine and now I do my own routine from memory concentrating more on toning my tummy, arms and legs and I feel it more! I have avoided alcohol unless really necessary as I prefer food to booze! But if i'm going for a drink I try to stick to vodka and diet drinks and take it steady. The hangover sure is harder, i guess try low fat alternatives? Beans or egg on toast work for me but i know it wouldn't for everyon. Its my hen do this weekend…

the government need to do something to try to make a difference, its really scary the things that could happen and proven or not why risk it? Its not a hard thing to do, and as annoying as it is to be told what to do its good for everyone :-)

what has this got to do with weightloss? Energy efficient light bulbs will last longer and save you money, i don't see the problem in that :-) embrace the money saving ideas, it may not be a huge amount of energy on a small scale but if everyone does it, it makes a big difference and we need to save on our fastly reducing…

I am never sure that the amount of calories logged for exercise is that accurate on here so I underestimate them and then I tend to leave about 5o calories spare. But basically if you are consuming less calories than your body is using then you will lose weight. So if you eat back your calories but are still not going over…

You will feel pain its normal and reminds you of the hard work you have done, besides the walk would have been a warm down :-) stretching does help but i bet you would still be in pain.
