  • aww I am the work friend who yells! My main support is also Sukie as we tend to message each other all day about what we are eating and how much we exercise. • i always eat my calories as I am eating less than I should every day anyway and I know that when I dont eat enough my weight goes down slower! But thats me, I didn't lose anything after a while when I was being strict and my mother suggested upping my calories for a couple of days and that helped. I also find a break from…
  • i had it and did it till half way through level 2 and then lost the disk when i had a little too much wine and now I do my own routine from memory concentrating more on toning my tummy, arms and legs and I feel it more! • the government need to do something to try to make a difference, its really scary the things that could happen and proven or not why risk it? Its not a hard thing to do, and as annoying as it is to be told what to do its good for everyone :-)
  • what has this got to do with weightloss? Energy efficient light bulbs will last longer and save you money, i don't see the problem in that :-) embrace the money saving ideas, it may not be a huge amount of energy on a small scale but if everyone does it, it makes a big difference and we need to save on our fastly reducing…

  • I am never sure that the amount of calories logged for exercise is that accurate on here so I underestimate them and then I tend to leave about 5o calories spare. But basically if you are consuming less calories than your body is using then you will lose weight. So if you eat back your calories but are still not going over…
