Hi everyone,

I'm Jenna and I'm trying to lose 5lbs in 4 weeks eeeekkk for my friends weddign and holiday to Rio pretty much straight after! Any support would be much appreciated - looking forward to getting to know you :-)

    You will do that no problem. BUT you must exercise every day and pick up some weights it really helps! I four weeks you can do amazing things in terms of toning. Drink lots of water. Good luck!!!

    Just follow what MFP calorie intake will be for you and start exercising even walking and drink lots of water and in 4 weeks you will be ready for everyone there to jaw drop :-)

  • I've been losing weight for my wedding in September and I'm on the way although have been having a few naughty weeks so need to get back on track. I haven't put any on though which is good :-)
    You need to exercise everday if you like your food as otherwise its hard to stick to your calorie intake, thats what I find anyway. Good luck though and if you use this site you should make it!
  • Thanks everyone for all of your support! This week I've been really good so far and have even been avoiding alcohol on nights out! Porridge and blueberries in the morning have actually been a life save :-) I'll keep you updated with my progress!
