  • Ha, I think that's a bit far fetched. I was thinking that there was something underneath the typewriter. i liked how he kept her in suspense. She agreed to having a drink with this guy and still didn't get his name. Who does that? I demand a name! LOL
  • Where is everybody?
  • Oh, and another note. The yoga guy behind Tony had a black P90X2 hand towel like Tony. I MUST HAVE THAT TOWEL!!!
  • I don't think it's the same Shauna.
  • I did Crane this morning for two seconds, this is a first for me. My husband has been able to do it, but I've sucked all this time.
  • Total body is my favorite workout day as well. I went a little heavier in the weight and still maintained good form.
  • I just wanted to get his name at least!!! I can't wait for the next show, as usual.
  • Gigi was talking about the hybrid of both programs too. We'll be going into phase 2 after an extended phase 1 as well. We're headed to Vegas to see family today, so we'll see what we can do to stay on track.
  • On one move I placed the medicine ball wedged against the front of the stability ball in order to help stabilize it. It was just the cheat that I needed.
  • We had a good session. I didn't put in my calories burned yet, because I plan to run a little at lunch. We ran at a park on Sunday and I was really out of it. Man, it doesn't take long to lose a little strength or a little cardio endurance. I still get shin splints in my left leg, I must be seriously lopsided. I don't know…
  • Yeah, serious point there. in the beginning of P90X I could only complete a half hour of the plyometrics DVD. I kept getting dizzy and I was seriously winded. I eventually got good at it, even did it with a weighted vest. It's all just that like you said: Time. Patience. Practice.
  • On the fairy tale side they showed Pinocchio helping with that magic tree. I was thinking that Dr. Whale would be Monstro the whale from Pinocchio, but that was far fetched. I don't see Dr. Whale being Pinocchio though.
  • I was annoyed with my performance last week. I knew that my core was stronger from the P90X and Insanity workouts, but this demanded more. I'm strong in my legs and arms, I did very well with P90X but this is a different animal. I've got the lifting down pat, it's my cardio and core that need to catch up. Today's Core…
  • I wanted more Storybrooke characters introduced last night, but I liked the back story of Mr. Gold. I didn't think of that dagger being in Storybrooke. interesting...very interesting. But that would kill the whole story real quick if someone took down Mr. Gold. Taking Regina down a notch would be very nice though.
  • Some of the moves are faster, the vinyasa stuff. It was a good calorie burn for yoga. We finished at 60 minutes, we workout for an hour so we had to cut it short. I plan to do some exercising this weekend, I just can't rest for two days if I have no other plans. Next weekend may be different since we'll be in Vegas. Vegas…
  • I haven't used it yet. The roller that i have has ridges in it, not smooth. I'll try the rumble roller next week.
  • We're proud of you too, congratulations!
  • I wore my HRM and only burned about 60 calories. I used my roller, but I also did many of the exercises that Juan was doing without the roller. My husband was using the rumble roller that came with everything.
  • Plyocide was cool. I think I jacked up both of my knees this morning though. I've been doing plyo for the last month or so in yoga socks. My feet get numb. It's been fine on my knees doing Insanity and Asylum, but this morning my knees weren't happy at all. I'll try plyocide next week in my shoes. I'm with you guys about…
  • Turbo Fire or Insanity by Beachbody.
  • That is half of the idea. It's not just about providing fruits and veggies to children in the inner cities. It is also about educating their parents. Many people in the inner cities are surrounded by fast food places on every corner. There is no education about the benefits of fresh foods. The prevalence of Diabetes and…
  • We started today.
  • I'm am nobody's little victim. I just know how people like to roll on MFP. I rarely post on the forum's anymore because there are so many jerks around here.
  • Hi guys, I've been away all morning. Today is my last day of another four day weekend. So, this morning to psych myself up to start X2 I put on an insanity shirt and my P90X jacket. We've been SERIOUSLY taking it easy since Thursday. I agree that the beginning of the workout with the roller was just odd to me. I'm ready to…
  • I still love my douchbag country.
  • Oh, I didn't know there was going to be a marathon. i don't think I'll need to watch it again with commercials. I have most of the episodes recorded on my DVR and am able to watch recent episodes On Demand. So, the marathon would be overkill. LOL
  • Seriously going through withdrawals here.
  • Personality ranks high with me. I've dated men with 7% and 9% bodyfat in the past, but their personal lives were a mess. Although my husband isn't fat, he's not rocking a six pack either. I'm OK with that, he is so much more than that.
  • If I'm talking loud enough on my cell in a public place then all bets are off, especially if I work for the public.
