I stay away from juice. If I need taste in my liquid then I drink Crystal Light. A good point to remember is if you're seriously trying to lose weight then don't drink your calories, unless it's has protein in it. All juice is mostly carb.

We moved on to phase three this week. So we did this workout this morning. It was non-stop intense and had me sweating throughout. Plyometric push-ups and medicine ball planks over and over again. It was crazy! But I didn't hate it. I was very surprised that I was able to do those med ball planks!

I wasn't trying to do a rest day today. We ended up doing Yoga and Ab Ripper X2 yesterday. My husband is taking a martial arts class Monday and Thursday nights, so I figured he needed some down time/stretch Tuesday morning. It's hard for me to do a complete rest day in the middle of the week.

Just hit pause for 30 seconds and then get right back in there. It does get better.

We previewed this workout Sunday, I strongly recommend the preview. We did it this morning and I can say that I'm proud of my results. I didn't knock out 20 reps (like the folks on the DVD) on the medicine ball push-ups, but I actually did a handful. I expect next week to be even better.
