Yes, a few good programs are Power 90 and Chalean Extreme. They both use resistance bands and/or weights. I would also recommend Turbo Jam and a good cardio program.

We did the Warrior Dash back in April (I think it was April). That was my first mud run and then we did our second mud run two weeks ago. The Warrior Dash was a better course. i did a few rounds of P90X and a round of Insanity before that event. I'm not a runner, but I did do plyometrics and some jogging a couple times a…

Some people do feel yucky because they are not accustomed to drinking water. Some people still try to hold on to their steady diet of soda while trying to lose weight. Yes, fat cells do store toxins. The more fat you have on your body the more prone to inflammation you're going to be.

That possibly two hour commute that you're going to have is going to build up cortisol in your body. The stress that you will now have NEEDS to be off-set with regular exercise. You definitely should walk at lunch or on breaks. Also, the rest of us workout in the morning before work or after work. Just get it done.

Congratulations!

Way out here in Cali there is a Zombie walk at the end of October near here. Hope you have a great time!

There is a world of difference between 30 Day Shred and Insanity. Insanity is a 12 disc program for $120 that will push your cardio endurance to the max for 63 days. You use your body weight for the resistance part of the program. 30 Day Shred is a $10 DVD by Jillian Michaels that uses compound moves with light weights and…

Awesome family time!!!

P90X is a great, well awesome strength training program. If it weren't for P90X I wouldn't have been ready for Insanity. I now do the two as part of a hybrid. The plyometrics in P90X is slower and more controlled than Insanity, but it still gives you a great workout. The stretch and Yoga DVD's in P90X are sooo needed. I…

Best wishes on your race. My husband and I are doing a 5K walk/run for the American Heart Association on Sunday.

I think you'll enjoy it if you love to lift. I have a friend here that swears by CLX and has gotten great results from it. She loves it more than P90X. Since Chalene Johnson is the same instructor, you won't have a problem there. I am not sure about it having a lot of the same type of music as you would in TF though.

You can search for more on the topic by using the search button above. I've completed two straight rounds of Insanity and a few rounds of it as a hybrid with P90X. Here is the thread to my last round: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/245273-insanity-starting-memorial-day?hl=insanity+memorial&page=7#posts-4044398

That's the bad thing about 30 day shred. It works the same bodyparts day in and day out. I would recommend that you take a day off. If you can get a hold of her Yoga Meltdown DVD at Walmart or Target I would work in a rest day every three days with Yoga. You could also just go for a nice walk later on if you're able to.…

Here ya go! Best wishes. Use a heart rate monitor. Go to Exercise tab, then enter P90X Cardio X, a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned.

Yep, Vizio is giving the other brands a run for their money.

I'm not a guy, but i know what we have. We have done well with Vizeo. We have two that we got from Costco and I see that Target is now carrying Vizeo. Get one that is internet and HD compatible, with all the bells and whistles.

I agree, great attitude. Thank you.

Is that their newest song? I want to add that. I was wondering what the BPM was on that. I think I can run to it.

Beachbody offers the monthly payment plan for something like Turbo Fire and it's pre-cursor Turbo Jam. You should go to the company web-site to see if you can set up payment plan if that's an option for you.

No way of knowing if it's going to be a scam, bad copy, not the original, etc. It is always best to order directly from the company selling it. More than likely, if someone has a constant ad up for this product then they are making illegal copies.
-
You probably need to resistance/weight training. Muscle takes up less space than fat. So if you still look and feel fluffy, then you need to lift.

We got in the pre-order as well. We'll be starting P90X2 on January 2nd, good luck to you!!!
